PixlrFor my image, I edited it using pixlr because it was by far the most professional tool with the most options for editing, when compared to the other free resources that I found. To make my edited photo I first changed the contrast of the photo to make the colors sharper looking. Next I adjusted the color balance to make the reds in the picture stand out more against the darker background after I decreased the lightness of the picture. Next, I increased the sharpness so that the colors would not looked as blurred together allowing the many different shades to stand out more. This tool was extremely helpful in the creation of my edited image, providing no problems at all. Also, it was very nice to immediately see the changes that I was making before applying them, allowing me to properly pick the color, saturation, and sharpness levels. Also, it included a large amount of tools, that while I may not have used, were very fun to play around with, and could have been very beneficial in other projects. Another thing that was great about this tool is that you could pick what format you wanted your picture to be in compared to other sites, where you were offered the choices of either PNG or JPG only. Lastly, the tool was very professional looking adding to the experience of editing your photos, as if you were a pro. I would use this tool again if I had an image editing project, or even if I just wanted to edit a picture, because of its reliability, ease of use, and multiple tools (that on other sites you have to pay for). Overall this was a very useful and wonderful tool.
